Dr Hong started learning Chinese Kung Fu from a very early age. She was a member of the martial arts display team for her province in China and was involved in advanced studies of Cultural Arts.

Tai Chi For Weight Loss


Obesity is a common disease that not only affects the shape of the body but also causes heart problems, hypertension, weariness and lumbago which are harmful to health.

Blending both martial and healing arts, Dr Hong integrates the meridian and collateral channels of traditional Chinese medicine to focuses on internal  practice.

 

Through traditional Tai Chi postures and up-tempo, fat burning training techniques in order to improve the metabolism, regulate Yin and Yang, adjust Qi (life energy) and blood circulation, one can enhance an increased immunity for natural healing.

Dr Hong has taught Tai Chi Ball for disabled and older people to help improve their Qi, balance and Blood circulation.
